I had problems with my wisdom teeth from time to time until I was convinced by my dentist that I needed to have them pulled. Seemed that my newly minted insurance policy was going to cover it -- and even the deductible -- if I went to a particular maxillofacial surgeon who he knew.
(This is one of the events which explained to me the phrase "you can't cheat an honest man" since not only did my "Dr De Lucce" turn out to be a callous butcher who ripped my four teeth out in the space of 5 minutes without so much as a kind word -- while taking a short call in the meantime -- but it turned out that his billing secretary had made an error and my policy's six-month exlusion on such surgery resulted in a later abortive demand that I that pay the full freight out of pocket).
Anyhow, pick your dentist well and don't hold yourself back if you really get the urge to bolt from the chair. Not all such doctors are the same. This particular joker hit my jaw so hard with his Lidocaine needle that he swiveled my head around. I had lockjaw for 2 1/2 weeks afterwards and had difficulty eating solid food, needing to take Oreo Cookies apart to eat them.
All that said, it solved the problem more or less... which I later realized was compounded by my sometimes bad habit of grinding me teeth. Later I recalled a trick I'd devised during an earlier bout with the problem, which was to sleep with a plastic pen in my mouth keeping pressure off the problem area.
Clove oil is good too. Old-school.

Well after my computer went again the end of March and my sister was taking it to the repair shop where they built it. Anyway I asked her should I go and get some one to take it in as it's a big bastard my computer and well she said no, it's ok. Then next thing she tripped on the pavement and dropped my computer which went crashing to the ground and slide across the pavement. Everyone in the shop came rushing out and picked her up. She badly bruised her chin, right hand and knee.
I thought OMG my computer and then OMG my sister.
Then I got told my hard drive was ruined and all my data had been lost. I cried a bit.
Well a couple of days ago I rang them up to ask if they have repaired it. I had to have a new mother board and a new hard drive but everything else was ok. Oh and I had to have a new case for it as the old case was damaged.
My sister and her hubby offered to pay for the repairs and I also had an up grade.
Well when I rang the shop they said they managed to get some of my data from the ruined hard drive.
I've lost all my documents which is really bad but nothing I can do about that. I lost all my fire fox book marks, which really has made me un happy.
But they managed to save all my photos, videos and music.
I've been slowly restoring various websites but it is taking me ages as I both fatigued and trying to get to the loo before I have an accident. My bladder is giving me problems and now my bowels are. I've taken so many pain killers today, I think I might of overdosed on them.

Hi, how has everyone been? Hope everyone is doing well. Also hope everyone is excited for summer California will be hot. But the beach has been perfect  . The few times we went there yesterday went to SF. It wasn't to cold like it normally can be lol.

| I'm still waiting for Spring! Been nice here the past few days, but we're going to get some snow again tomorrow nite into Thursday. I already put the shovels away, looks like I'll have to dig them out again.

Got tired of being a fat lazy fuck who can't catch her breath after walking up a hill or a flight of stairs, so I started working out a bit.
I've been only doing this for about a fortnight but so far I have been able to stick to my new routine of 1/2 an hour on an elliptical each day. 30 mins a day last week, this week I've raised it to 35. I usually manage some 7.5 to 8 miles now, compared to ca 5 miles I could do on my first day - and I try to go at 12.5 mph at least and 15 mph when I'm able. Hope the numbers will keep going up.
I seriously need to shape up a bit. So keep your fingers crossed...:-)

| Good luck! Any physical activity is good for the body. I have a job where I sit all day, it feels good to just get up and walk around, other wise the stiffness sets in too much.

| My Dad is back in the hospital and not doing well. My brother flew in from Utah this afternoon. He's going to pick me up in the morning so I can get to the hospital to see him. (gotta go pack)!
